Campers will develop the gross motor skills and strengthen the larger muscles needed to succeed in handwriting.
non-fiction reading
Children will be taught to highlight main ideas as they read about the subject of the day!
sensorimotor fun
Every camp will start with a multi-step sensorimotor obstacle courses that tie in the lesson of the day!
critical writing
Depending on the grade, children will learn to write a 3-5 sentence paragraph on the topic of the day.
peer editing
Campers will learn to edit each other's paper in order to help improve in sentence pragmatic abilities.
