WHO: Ages PreK/K to 2nd Grade WHAT: A social skills groups for Pre-K/Kinder to 2nd Grade children. My Mission: Empowering Young Minds to Engineer Social Success! This class covers: - Letter Formation Remediation - Sentence Pragmatics - Reading - Writing on the social emotional lesson of the day - Group/STEM Activities to address group work abilities - Public Speaking Abilities WHEN: DATES: 1/22/25 to 4/16/25 TIME: 2:00 to 3:00 PM WHERE: 14471 Chambers Rd. #100, Tustin, CA 92780 T.OT FM Camp RATE: $150 Initial Registration Deposit, and $47.50 class/hour RATIO: 1 Adult to 4 Students (Max: 12 Students) DISCOUNT: * $20 off pay up front. * Yelp or Google Page Honest Reviews: $10 off per review IMPORTANT: A non-refundable materials cost ($30) will be collected and will be reflected on the invoice. Prerequisites: 1. Children must be able to understand multi-step verbal and written communication. Children must also be able to communicate with peers. Adapted equipment and/or assistive technology devices may be accommodated, but must be discussed with the program leaders prior to registering. 2. Children must also not engage in self-directive or maladaptive behaviors that could put themselves or others in harms way. 3. Children must have had experience being enrolled in a structured, educational setting.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy T.OT Camps: + Camp bookings may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to the camp start date. + Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date will result in forfeiture of the camp deposit, which may be applied to a future camp or session at Ms. Jennell’s discretion and depending on the reason for cancellation. Individual Sessions: + Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. + Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the payment for that session. Important Information: + Ms. Jennell Chang, MA, OTR/L is a licensed/registered occupational therapist using OT-informed strategies to support all learners. She is not operating as anyone’s private or treating occupational therapist through T.OT programs. + In the event of emergencies (e.g., natural disasters, illness, or quarantine), sessions and camps may transition to distance learning (online classes).
