Service Description
WHO: Ages 5-7 years old Prerequisites: Children must be able to understand multi-step verbal and written communication. Children must also be able to communicate with peers. Adapted equipment and/or assistive technology devices may be accommodated, but must be discussed with the program leaders prior to registering. Children must also not engage in self-directive or maladaptive behaviors that could put themselves or others in harms way. Children must have had experience being enrolled in a structured, educational setting. WHAT: A social skills groups for Kinder to 1st Grade children. Our Mission: Empowering Young Minds to Engineer Social Success! WHEN: DATES: 7/12/23 to 8/2/23 DURATION: Every Wednesday for 4 weeks TIME: 1:30-3:30pm (75 min) WHERE: 161 Fashion Lane #203, Tustin, CA 92780 T.OT FM Camp WHY: To bring an affordable and evidenced based program for students who are requiring assistance with socialization and regulation. RATE: $50/hour Each 90 minute session will be $75 per session TOTAL: $300 for 6 hours (4x90 min sessions) DISCOUNT: Register by 6/14/23 to receive $10 off * Enter: SocialEngineers at Check Out (Expires 6/14/23) A non-refundable materials cost ($10) will be collected at the start of the camp. This is waived if paid through Zelle or Venmo.
Cancellation Policy
T.OT Camp bookings can be cancelled up until 5/1/25. Starting 5/1/25, camp deposits will be forfeited or can be applied to a future session/camp depending on the reason. For individual sessions, cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours, the $150 deposit paid will be forfeited. IMPORTANT: 1) Jennell Chang is a licensed/registered occupational therapist bringing OT strategies to all. She is not operating as anyone's private OT. 2. If emergent situations were to arise (e.g. natural disasters, Ms. Jennell falling ill/quarantining), distance learning (online classes) will be held. By continuing, you are agreeing to these terms.
