Service Description
✍ Advanced Writing Camp – For Returning Campers Ages 8–13 • Wednesdays 📅 Sept 24 ➡️ Dec 17 (🦃No class Nov 23 – Dec 2) 📍 Location: 14471 Chambers Rd. #100, Tustin, CA 🕠 Time: 5:30 – 6:30 PM 👩🏫 Led by: Licensed Pediatric OT, Ms. Jennell 📝 Who This Camp is For Returning campers ready to tackle the three major writing forms targeted in the Common Core curriculum. 📚 What Your Child Will Learn 1) Expository Essays – clear, structured information writing 2) Persuasive Essays – convincing arguments with supporting details 3) Narrative Passages – engaging stories with strong sequencing and flow We use a hybrid of Handwriting Without Tears and Ms. Jennell’s specialized curriculum for skill-building and confidence. 💡 Why It Matters Strengthens organization, clarity, and mechanics so students can meet — and exceed — grade-level writing expectations. 💲 Cost & Materials $150 deposit at registration $40 per session (60 minutes) $30 materials fee (not included in session cost) 🎁 Ways to Save 1) Pay in full via Zelle – $20 off 2) Follow @ot.umma for early bird codes 3) Returning families: $10 off per honest Yelp/Google review ✅ Requirements: 1) Ages 8–13 2) Must be a returning camper Ratio: 1–3 adults per 12 students ⚠ Note: Ms. Jennell is not acting as campers’ private OT. Cancellation Policy
T.OT Camp bookings can be cancelled up until 30 days prior to the start of camps. Camp deposits will be forfeited or can be applied to a future session/camp depending on the reason if cancelled less than 30 days. For individual sessions, cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours, the $150 deposit paid will be forfeited. IMPORTANT: 1) Jennell Chang is a licensed/registered occupational therapist bringing OT strategies to all. She is not operating as anyone's private OT. 2. If emergent situations were to arise (e.g. natural disasters, Ms. Jennell falling ill/quarantining), distance learning (online classes) will be held. By continuing, you are agreeing to these terms.
